Are your stickers dishwasher safe?
Yes! All of my stickers are printed on vinyl by professional printing companies in Vancouver, BC. They are dishwasher safe, UV protected, and will last beautifully on items (including cars!) for 5 years and up.

How long does it take to process my order?
I aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable) as soon as your order ships!

How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond my control, such as holidays, weather conditions, or postal service disruptions. Your shipping times estimates will be displayed during the checkout process.

What is your return/refund policy?
You can return or request a refund for items within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must not have been used (stickers still on their backing papers, clothing still tagged and clean, etc).
How do I initiate a return?
Please contact me at hello@squirrelsprout.com with your order number and the reason for your return. I’ll guide you through the process!

Do you accept custom sticker or art requests?
Currently, I’m not offering custom orders, but I love hearing your ideas! Feel free to share your suggestions with me for future designs. I periodically open my commissions, so stay tuned for this service as well.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
Oh no! If your item arrives damaged, please email me at hello@squirrelsprout.com within 7 days of receiving it, including a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
What if my order is lost in transit?
If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact me at hello@squirrelsprout.com, and I’ll assist you in tracking it down or resolving the issue.

Wholesale Orders

Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes! I’m happy to work with retailers who are interested in carrying my products.
How can I place a wholesale order?
Please contact me at hello@squirrelsprout.com with the subject line "Wholesale Inquiry." Include your business name, location, and any specific items or quantities you’re interested in.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, my minimum order quantity for wholesale is set to CAD$250 total in product.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Discounts are based on the quantity ordered. I’ll provide a pricing sheet once we discuss your needs.
How long does it take to process a wholesale order?
Processing times for wholesale orders vary based on the size of the order but generally range from 5 to 10 business days.
Can I request custom designs for wholesale?
Currently, I don’t offer custom designs for wholesale, but I’m open to suggestions for future collections.
How do you ship wholesale orders?
Wholesale orders are shipped using Canada Post within Canada and Internationally, and ChitChats (USPS) in the United States of America. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the size and weight of the order.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, I can provide samples of my products for a small fee. Contact me for more details.
