Item Quality
Are your stickers dishwasher safe?
Yes! All of my stickers are printed on vinyl by professional printing companies in Vancouver, BC. They are dishwasher safe, UV protected, and will last beautifully on items (including cars!) for 5 years and up.
Processing Times
How long does it take to process my order?
I aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable) as soon as your order ships!
Shipping Times
How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond my control, such as holidays, weather conditions, or postal service disruptions. Your shipping times estimates will be displayed during the checkout process.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return/refund policy?
You can return or request a refund for items within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must not have been used (stickers still on their backing papers, clothing still tagged and clean, etc).How do I initiate a return?

Custom Orders
Do you accept custom sticker or art requests?
Currently, I’m not offering custom orders, but I love hearing your ideas! Feel free to share your suggestions with me for future designs. I periodically open my commissions, so stay tuned for this service as well.
Order Issues
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
Oh no! If your item arrives damaged, please email me at hello@squirrelsprout.com within 7 days of receiving it, including a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.What if my order is lost in transit?
If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact me at hello@squirrelsprout.com, and I’ll assist you in tracking it down or resolving the issue.
